Why engineered trusses?

Engineered trusses and stick-built construction are two primary methods for framing roofs, each with distinct advantages and disadvantages. Engineered trusses are pre-fabricated, often in a factory setting, and offer speed, cost savings, and reduced waste compared to stick-built roofs. Stick-built roofs, where rafters are individually cut and assembled on-site, provide more design flexibility but can be more time-consuming and costly. Engineered trusses come from one of our partners and are designed specifically for your building using the CAD designs we created during the design process with you.

Do I have to have a building plan?

We offer in house CAD design, interior design, and have a team full of individuals to get your home or business from an idea to actual brick and mortar. We can design from scratch or we can work off of existing plans you bring in. That being said if you have an idea you want, the design services we offer in the drafting and design of you building are marketed to be cheaper than 99% of our competitors.
